Terms of Service

Satisfi is owned and operated by Sawtooth Software Group LLC ("Sawtooth," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Satisfi mobile application and related services (the "Service"), and form an agreement between you and Sawtooth Software Group LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

The Service

Satisfi provides tools for service professionals to create quotes, manage jobs, schedule work, and issue invoices. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of quotes, invoices, and other content you create, and for your dealings with your clients.

Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through Stripe, and your use of payment features is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement. Stripe's standard payment processing fees apply to every transaction and are separate from Satisfi's fees below.

Satisfi offers two plans. The platform fee is always absorbed by your business — it is deducted at the time of payment and never charged to your client:

  • Pay-as-you-go — no monthly charge. Satisfi charges a platform fee of 6% per invoice, up to $3.00 maximum per paid invoice.
  • Monthly plan — $10/month — waives the per-invoice platform fee entirely, so you keep 100% of every payment you collect (aside from Stripe's standard processing fees). Cancel anytime.

Fees are disclosed within the app before a transaction. We may change our fees or plans from time to time; changes will be reflected here and in the app. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or your business.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawtooth Software Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
